Support / GD install no idea how

When uploading files i get this error

Warning: imagecreatetruecolor() [function.imagecreatetruecolor]: Invalid image dimensions in /home/gamerate/public_html/crazyshare.co.uk/classes/Thumbnail.php on line 27

Warning: imagecopyresampled(): supplied argument is not a valid Image resource in /home/gamerate/public_html/crazyshare.co.uk/classes/Thumbnail.php on line 33

Is this something to do with GD if so how do i install it and where do i get it?

Hello I just purchased the image upload script and havent received it and its not on my products on my account?
